Research Repository
The Bursa Malaysia Research Repository aims to foster a bridge between investors and listed companies facilitating wider research coverage and informed investing. Information in the form of quality equity research can have an impact on a company’s visibility and subsequently, provide an understanding to the investor of its performance.
Find out how you can enhance your company’s visibility and profile through the CMDF-Bursa Research Scheme (CBRS)
Investor Relations
Managing investor expectations through an effective on-going Investor Relations (IR) programme is crucial for any PLC to achieve a fair market valuation for its securities, create a body of investor support and a climate of favourable opinion. The result is a loyal shareholder base which gives the company the ability to approach its capital management exercises with confidence. Ultimately, this will be reflected in the demand for the company’s shares and the price of those shares.
Develop or improve your IR strategy with Bursa Malaysia IR Manual and IR Manual Workbook which offers insight into best practices and the policies and processes which accompany successful IR activities.
Keep abreast with current developments in the IR industry by joining the Malaysian Investor Relations Association (MIRA), Malaysia's first and only professional association committed to promote good practice of IR by listed companies. Established by Bursa Malaysia Berhad and funded by the Capital Market Development Fund (a statutory fund under the purview of the Securities Commission Malaysia), MIRA also plays an important role in developing and advancing the professional development of IR practitioners in Malaysia.
